Services for Buyers
Normally we provide services to buyers as customers. We will show you properties listed with us and represent them truthfully and in their best light. We will assist you in obtaining information from publicly available sources. If you are a customer, you should make your own decisions with regard to negotiations on the property, or seek the advice of others. You should be aware that payment of services to someone to who acts as your counsel may be at your own expense.
On occasion we may act as a Buyer's Agent. Under some circumstances, you may hire us to assist you in finding a property to purchase, or lease. We will normally ask you to sign an employment agreement that specifies how we will be paid, if we are sucessful in finding a property which you wish to purchase.
